It's time to realize that there is nothing more any of these CS guys can do because the total available bandwidth is not enough for everyone to use. Even if they lift your cap (for like 1 hour) to make you stop complaining, it's at the expense of another user being further capped for 1 hour. Then IF this user complains, they MIGHT do the same thing to him again. The only viable solution is to upgrade the capacity.

If any of you TM defenders want to lecture me in regards to how our country is so different that we shouldn't be complaining about the internet, prove me wrong with facts and data.

i think u guys got nothing better to do other than checking on capping issue everyday..lol...
at least streamyx has less intermittent problem nowadays. 
Keep complaining wont help, don't use their service if u are not happy.
They didn't force you to subscribe the services.

the CS are just cannon fodder. you can't touch the ppl who are responsible for this screw-up, cos they are the head honchos of TM. so what's there to brag about if you can shoot the office boy, go after the CEO's and tier 3 ppl lar. 

In addition customer service people (and even the manager) are most likely aware of the cap themselves because...? They use streamyx too! So give them a break la, don't curse, scold or vent your anger like a moron to these people, they're only doing their job which I definitely agree with biatche, underpaid.

So when you want to make a complain be civilized, polite and not like TM, Total morons. That's the only difference normal people and TM have left.

Do take note that states thats not capped, doesn't mean it's truly uncap. Chances are they are either temporarily uncap or there are no report from people from these states.

For example, only recently there's a note from lowyat member in Langkawi that reports he's getting capped. So it might be they are capped, its just that they didn't notice it (light user; surfing, facebook, email etc) or did not report it in this forum if they are capped.

Well I'm not saying you should smack the moron (even if they do deserve it) but if you could.. just drop the phone and get another customer service person. Before dropping the calls get their particular, if you like to complain about them My guess is that she's just stressed out since she's getting ear raped by customers who vents their frustration towards her so I can sympathize.
