Send to SIS if it is original set, if AP then send back to the seller.

wah sad..The last time someone broke the screen I think it cost about rm600 to fix if I remember correctly..

if do not have, just go to market and dload again. make sure you enable market access.

I'm considering to get the desire white version from senheng.

Do you think buying the desire now is a good choice when desire HD is out?

and also, any problems if i am using a Mac now? any compatibility issues with another other users here?

just nandroid, clear dalvik cache and flash..done.
if malas...nandroid skip, just clear dalvik cache and flash..

that's true. but desire has been in the market for almost 10 months now. so really contemplating to get the DHD instead.

anyone here tried the DHD? do you think it's worth it?

if you really care bout 10 month old product..why dont you wait a little while for dual core processor from htc?

performance wise is about same since got same hardware only diff on screen size and internal memory.

which version is your RCmix? I installed 0.13 for my wife's Desire and it become very very unresponsive lately. My wife din feel it coz she is from Symbian so she thought the slow response is normal until i try to set something in her phone then only i realise why the phone so damn lag.

Will flash to ReflexSense tonight.

haha. never thought of it that way. gosh. i don't know how much longer i can wait for an android phone.

the new phones gonna take a few more months to launch right? but when it does arrive in malaysia, already maybe june or july?



have been a nokia user since forever and symbian os really sweat kao kao. -.-

i have upgraded to DHD and pass my Desire to my wife. Din feel so much difference between the 2 except the screen, especially if you flash HD ROM in Desire. But DHD worth the price if you sign up a contract with DiGi.

But if you ask me, I will wait for the next dual core Android phone if I already have the Desire. I upgraded to DHD mainly becoz my wife SonyErikson is failing so "no choice" need to upgrade and so happen DHD is launched by DiGi.

What about the screen exactly? the size right? I think from videos, desire's screen is more vibrant than DHD.

yeah. digi's deal is good with the 40 bucks rebate.

iinm I've seen someone complaining about RCmix 0.13 having lag as well in the xda thread

I don't think anyone can predict the release date exactly
but dual core phones are sure to be coming out next year

comparing side by side Desire (amoled) vs Desire HD's screen, DHD's screen "pale in comparison" literally. DHD screen looks wash out the moment i turn it on at DiGi. The colour doesn't looks as vibrant as Desire's amoled screen.

Anyhow DHD's screen size does matter - I think I can't go back to smaller screen size now. I am not saying DHD screen is not good. It is still a good screen just that the colour not as vibrant as amoled Desire.

does anyone own the white version of desire? all the specs are the same right?

i am still mesmerised by the Desire AMOLED screen ....

i have seen the HD7 screen - apparently same as DHD .. not so impressed ...

but screen big is certainly a plus point .. but not too big as in need to put in pocket ..

i was at senheng and was playing with it. it was really gorgeous. white seems so classy and nice.

but i'm in a dilemma now. to wait or to buy. but technology keeps improving. can't always be up to date unless your parents are printing money.

if your current phone can tahan, then wait ... if the wait is more than 6 months, then dun bother waiting ...
