Must try HD ROM like RCMix and ReflexSense. Then you Desire will be a "mini" Desire HD.

1.does rooting gives the ability to install ahem apps like jail breaking ? or we can install "Cracked" apps without rooting?
2.am using a few apps like Aura GPS and papago from market but all are trial version only and will expired so it can only get the full version with rooting or buy from market??
3. currently I only download apps from market, noted that my internal memory only got 80 mb left, so I that on 2.2 Froyo it's automatically install apps into memory card?
or I still need to install the App2sd ?

1. if you know linux stuff, rooting is like grand you to have superuser access right. without this, some rooted required app unable to run.
2. not sure malaysia market able to get paid app ready or not, else please use "market access"/"market enabler"...
3. if your ROM using support A2SD and with app support A2SD, then yes. coz not 100% app from market are A2SD support. else usually manual move it...

my desire have problems installing certain apps...example i can install angry birds but d christmas version i cant...wat gives?

I know rooting gives superuser access, but what does superuser access gives other than increase speed and battery conversion?
2.so using market enabler can install those application in full version? no need to pay?
3.how do I know what rom I'm using , but I didn't change anything (rooting or flash rom etc ever since I 1st got my phone. so?
so how can I check if my rom is using AP2d?

really working hard reading those guide and thread on android rooting and flash rom etc, but I guess I won't have a clear clue on it unless I really do it.

root will grand stuff like
-custom rom (numbers of rom out there )
-access to paid apps ( u need to pay . if u wan pirate one wan go applanet.com)
-changing the lock screen

if u havent root or anything , then u are running on stock froyo .

any one know any link to upgrade the Desire to Desire HD rom?

then i told him i bosan so i change to iphone .

then i play2 with motorola , htc sense and rotary .

he speechless . haha

ini baru tukar look screen belum customize it

1.what does radio mean in android community ya>?
the software version?
2. I understand that gold card is used for back up and recovery but does that mean it's like a recovery disc and I need another sd card to b used with my desire while the gold is just kept there.
3.my desire on stock froyo , so auto A2sd? or need to do manual setting if i download apps straight from market? transfer to sd card connecting my desire to pc and move files?
