If you really need a keyboard now, no harm getting it now. I think they'll probably bundle in some free gifts during PC Fair.

Disamble every part and clean part by part may be a safer bet. I believe it wont be too hard to clean tarantula as it should be no much different in the inside from normal RM10/20 rubber dome keyboard.

dissemble them part by part will take a lot of time..so im jz gonna soak it smile.gif..it's ok, since im planning on getting a new kb biggrin.gif

Not really, better companion would be either the Scarab or Ironclad if you don't want to consider cloth surface.

dont really want hard surface... what material is ironclad using?
cloth is nice to use but not durable since i always bring it around with me

Bought Razer Orca, after using it for few days, tested on Crysis 2 and viewing Concert videos:

1. Bass clear and crispy
2. Comfortable even after 5++ hours of gaming, just will sweat a bit (no air-con)
3. Listening music of course the experience is good, the bass is enhanced and well-balanced.

Now thinking for another set of portable speakers for my ipod shuffle and occasionally laptop speaker replacement.

Nope I haven't smile.gif I've tried a couple of soft mats, Destructor and now Ironclad. If you have the extra cash to spend, Ironclad is the way to go but I have to agree that it's very expensive.

If it's really from a Razer booth then should be from Ban Leong, if so then you'll have to deal directly with Ban Leong for any warranty claims. If it's from a dealer (you'll know it from the receipt given), then claim the warranty from the dealer you bought from. smile.gif

to me the scarab surface, just like the control side of the eXactmat, but with a lot more "sandy-alike-texture" on the surface.
But the glide is still very smooth, smoother than the eXactmat speed side a lot. biggrin.gif
also I like its size, being 350mm x 270mm mouse pad is very ideal for me to short-medium range swipe biggrin.gif
