I see. Thanks for the feedback. Yes, he has fully completed his ACCA and now a graduate.
I mean whether he has a degree. ACCA is a professional qualification... not unlike a commercial driving licence, not a tertiary education.

Acca not sufficient?

From what I understand the Big 4s in Malaysia are paying more to ACCA than to degree grads.

For the case of Sg, the rate is the same

Brunei dollar = Singapore dollar, unless you got big increment to cover your tax to be paid in Singapore and the saving each month is more than what you can save in Brunei, then it's worth a jump

ACCA alone... not always. Singapore is very particular on graduates. The civil service and many corporates even formally distinguish between the university and degree class at a policy level. Not all will deem a professional accounting qualification as a proxy for a tertiary degree. The US MNC I'm in and others that I have contact with, will group accounting qualification holders (without degree) into the technical salary scale, rather than the graduate salary scale.

You don't notice that in Malaysia, somehow the accounting profession idolises ACCA - even thinking that it replaces a university education; whereas in Singapore, HK etc... ACCA is a certification rather than education, and just one of the many available.

Correction, you can get alcohol. You just need to know who to get it from.

Just ask some of the engineers at either Shell BSRC or murphy oil. They'll hook you up with Heineken.

There is rental which are 300-400 too.
If you live on high maintenance lifestyle, no amount of money will be enough.

If i were to leave SG, I will chose Aus,
Canada is just too far from Msia, that totally offset the benefits in Canada when travel b Msia @@!

You and every other south east asian person would choose australia as the country of choice to migrate.

Recently on of my friends got the opportunity to work there since his PR application was approved. Just like that he dropped everything he had and moved over there.
