Coz phase 3 only 3 blocks. Block B is almost sold off. Now left A& C.... hmmm... Good also ^^. But I doubt sell so fast also... so I think end of the year also make sense. In the meantime, might able to increase the value also.. lolz

Added on May 5, 2011, 5:35 pmOkay... I actually find 2 units for my friend. Coz of 70% mortagage set by the Government, he decide to let go one unit.

Blk E1, 27th Flr, facing outside w/ 2 carparks!

Interested? PM me. Thanks.

correct me if wrong :-

full flexi - you can start put ur money in to reduce the interest when it still under construction

semi flexi- yon only can do that when the bank give 100% loan to developer

mean if you loan period is 40 yr.. and the total maintainance fee is 120*40 = 4800.

so if you think the 3 yr construction period interest is lesser than 4800 then u can take semi flexi...smile.gif

I'm looking for unit in OUG parklane (prefer Phase 1, looking for E1, E2 or E3) but must be facing inner.

Agent / owner can email at Kpgan70@gmail.com. I only deal with serious seller. Please provide Block, Floor, Developer price and comm/premium required.

-2.4 ..... the BLR is depends on how much loan you take,,,,
mine is fast & easy... within a week. I apply PB also but too bad they only give me 85% ..
but after comparing the package... UOB still better so far....

if you want, i can pass the contact to you ^^
