There are many projects launched recently, but I notice that there are quite a number of Parklane early birds who booked for quick flip, this is not a healthy sign....
Perhaps many just realize that the LRT station is a distance away, those who buy for hoping for rental investment must think twice, too many challengers nearby.

actually i was looking a unit from this project before,i was survey around.i like it because the location and the price is reasonable.but now the price increased,the higher top up is 30k.think twice really not worth of it sad.gif
better i wait for new development....

I and my cousin also book one unit each on phase 1 ( E1 and E2)

For those interesting,

we are prepare to let go one of the unit if the place is correct :

- Block E2 (Phase 1)
- 13th floor with 2 car park
- Facing KLCC View
- Developer Price: RM 290,XXX
- No Agent


- Block E1 (Phase 1)
- 10th floor with 1 car park
- Inside but can see KLCC View due to near to corner ( According to akisama)

Developer sell cancellation unit with new price, i.e. 260k in 1st block, they will sell 320K same price with latest block.
