Phase 3 is it can buy direcly from developer now?

Yes, phase 3 is directly from developer and price is from RM320K.


Anyway, I've a unit there and keen to let go. Details are below:-

Unit no : E3-24-xx (with one car park)
Developer price is RM286,900. (don't think you can get this price now from the developer)
Would need some premium (to be negotiated).

^ Lolz.. another 1 month to go. Very hard to say also. Initially I have the same thinking. I was trying my friend to help get a unit for phase one... alot of those been sold out.
It depends... try to call up more agents. I been contacting agents since yesterday. 70% sold out... but finally manage to get a reasonable top up package for my friend. He so happy now. ^^ Anyway, I also do believe those top up too much will let go cheap also when S& P is near. There is a risk of securing a unit.

Make me want to buy also... but cannot... not enough bullets.
I really hope those shops downstairs make it well.

ohh.. bila is the S&P for phase 1 and 2 ?

Is around June or July. Phase 3, end of this year. This is what I get from the site office.

phase 3 so late?

Phase 3 expected completion date is mid 2015, unlike 1 and 2 which are mid 2014. Maybe due to this, but I was quite surprise too when they told me.
