there always investors, but the always those looking for a place call home. as current market is getting peak, its hard to earn from capital gain on apartment or condo. but i foresee a new trend will arise of pigeon hole apartment size 500sqft price 2 rooms ranging rm200k to lock those 1st buyer with 100% financing soon.

Yeah....The price went up adi... Additional parking cost extra 15k somemore....
When I booked, the price starting from 270k only....comes with 2 car parks...
But I wanna let go...Please pm me if interested...Low top up....Strategic corner unit facing outside towards Kesas and Lake.....

no la i think. still remember the time i book only less than 15 units book in 1 Dec. brought 7th floor for RM272k extra patio with 2 car park. now dont know the price. i think the sales people go jack and jack up price already until 300sqft. btw, do anyone know who is the anchor tenant for those shoplots ya? any news?

haha.. actually just now thinking of idea driving my car and selling pack meal everyday there. cater the business for siteworker. for the whole project can run 3-5 years business. everyday can earn money, everyday can see my apartment whether ready. haha.

Why not you apply to be worker there...then u can build your own house also... when u build ur own unit...can put more cement and make it more concrete....then u can help us to monitor the construction and make sure they build everything in order...


Added on March 26, 2011, 9:11 amThe developer price require at least 10k extra and only comes with 1 car park at the developer office...For additonal car park they are charging 15k extra...

I'm letting go my unit in Phase 1 - Block E3 Level 19. Facing Lake and Kesas...Very strategic unit....Comes with 2 car parks...Low top up...
