wow...so many ppl wanna sell and make some money ah...anyway...i dont think i will sell my unit....parklane oug much much cheaper compare to other property nearby like kinrara,bukit jalil..even till puchong....and the most benefits parklane is the LRT kg.Muhibbah which is confirmed LRT station in future...after the building complete..the new LRT station should also complete...just bout 5 minutes walk to the station....and some new roads build for ease access to kesas or bukit jalil etc..after parklane unit is ready and LRT station is ready...i think you can sell with much higher price...

For the high density problem...this is really high density...but i went dynasty garden which is same developer...their security very good...if akisama maintain the standard..that should be no problem...and i heard there is access card for u to go up to residential area...

Another news from my colleague which also bought Parklane...there is a lot of famous cafe's bought parklane shoplots...200+ shoplots below...that should give some convenience for parklane residence as well...

Most of the buyer is chinese also another good reason for me..

Location wise also okay..in the center of puchong,sunway,pj,kl and cheras...

seems my comment quite promoting parklane..haha...but if my statement incorrect or biasing...do correct me biggrin.gif

well.. seem like lot of ppl are leeting go their unit .. anyway how to cancel the booking ? juz directly go to site offcie or need to call the agent... coz the site offcie agent seem to deffrent from the day i booked...

I went to the sales office. The showroom looks pretty nice. Quite like the kitchen cabinet. Save some troubles in getting a new one in future.

The price went up 10k already and only comes with 1 car park at the developer office...For additonal car park they are charging 15k extra...

I'm letting go my unit in Phase 1 - Block E3 Level 19. Facing the Lake and Kesas...Very strategic Location....Comes with 2 car parks...

Low top up for the transfer...
