Near LRT is proposed only, is it confirmed?

How bout the road traffic? 4200 units, let say 2100 units have 2 parking slot and 2100 have 1 parking slot.

After the completion of the property the area gonna add up at least 6300 cars around!!

Shoplots is a add point if nice and quality shop opened, especially saloon, restraunt & pub. Even cybercafe? 7-11 as well.

Lastly, bout management and developer, how good they are?
