I hope jadehill commercial areas won't be like DPC.

DPC is very chap now and will be more chap.

I invested in Jadehill bcs of the exclusive feel.

I might invest 2 more their service apartment in May/April 2013 too.

Don't worry about the landscape. Initially during the VP of phase 3A/3B The Gardens, the landscape was also pretty bare. Now the landscapes have matured, that is why it looks better.

The Hills terrace and villa will have limited landscapes because they're facing each other instead of facing a field.

Speaking from experience, beware of bamboo trees, they do look very nice BUT very high maintenance. The leaves fall like crazy, you will have to clean the floor everyday and also, your neighbours may not like it cuz their floor will end up having lots of bamboo leaves too. Also they grow very fast, need frequent trimming.

BTW, care to elaborate on the poor wooden floor workmanship?

is there any noise pollution from the train nearby? I was there the previous week surprisingly i've heard some train pass by.

The wooden floor look not grand and i can see need high maintenance. I plan to rent it out my unit so usually tenant don;t take care your unit and those wooden floor will give me lots of trouble later.

My unit is very far from the track. I never hear any track sound.

Currently, I live behind Minlon. I also sometime hear train track when near our community lake.

My areas have many asutralian , german. It seem like they also ok with train track sound. Some Stand alone Villa very near to track cost 5mil...

last year, there is one unit unique bungalow in Gita Bayu by yee seng had scored very high CONQUAS 21 marks.

Quality and workmanship will be above par if you got the penny.

I saw maxican, russia, singaporean in JH club makan makan. they are not JH resident? they are from Country Height/ Gita bayu?
