if an international school is out there....selling western food would be more attractive... but high cost living kind still not easy to survive in Kajang area...mamak store still the first pick if wanna open a restaurant .... what do u guys think?

Residents from jadehills, country heights & gita bayu would be to afford high end restaurants. looking from positive point of view, kajang is still very much lacking in high end lifestyle. If the lifestyle could pull off gracefully starting from the beginning, the momentum should able to be maintained.

Nice house, but landscap poor wor .....

This QV looks really nice, better than the twin villas. However, the sides are too narrow and couple with the 2 1/2 story, I don't think there will be much sunlight on the ground floor. Corner lot will be the best for this QV

To appreciate the landscape of jadehills, you would need to visit the development or check other photos of jadehills.

By the way, you are comparing jadehills landscape with which development when you say that it is poor?


It really depends on individual. I would rather have less sunlight on ground floor so that it is more cooling and it is sufficiently natural ventilated in the same time.

For phase QV, landscape too poor la...
Other phase full of green , i like the phase 3A and 3B with Misai Kuching ( white flower) and maze.

I like Jade Hills club House landscape....
but phase QV really poor landscape... !!!!!

1)I also dislike the wooden flooring workmanship.
2) We hardly have any spece in between units for better landscape. However, I will plant some bamboo tree and 2 pots of water lily infornt of my units.

But I like my unit view. It is almost at the top of jadehill and the unit look very grand. my parking lot can put 6 car/ play badminton.
