I saw one young chinese malaysian family bought bungalow ( lake view ) recently 4.3 mil : . She also bought Jadites Suites.

If you really look into the Jadehill marketing strategy, they are more towards self en-bloc for tenancy (U can refers to their phase 1 terrace.)

There is once i enter Jadehill 2nd entry from Taman Puncak Utama, i did asked the PIC,

"Bang, ini teres siap ada unit mau jual?"

"Takde, semua untuk sewa aje"

Dayum, i reversed and life moves on

Sorry, I also confuse with so many phase and the developer seldome launch it publicly. Just do some newspaper advertising.

now the Semi D 2.8mil. The semi D is even more expensive than Bungalow.

I think "Takde, semua untuk sewa aje" = owner buy and waiting for people to rent.

first time i hear jadehill develeoper rent out.

i visited there when they completed the early phase of terrace next to the 2nd exit.

what is the price for QV 2 storey subsale ? any transactions so far ?

BTW, since 2008 introducing built then sell,

I believe the time the marketing strategy is Built then Rent Then only Sell

Whatever their strategy is, it is not clear to the customer.

There is not even a 3D model or artist impression to show how the design is going to be. You can only use your mind to imagine the house that you have bought.

Up till now, I'm still putting my trust and hope onto the developer. It's up to them to prove to us.
