Would like to ask all thr sifus opinion here. I have a piece of bungalow land in Jade Hills.... wondering if I should sell it and purchase a klcc apartment instead..Thank u. I was thinking, some of the older klcc properties can generate good rental.

Hopefully the inflow of residents when Jadite Suites VP will convince more businesses to open in the commercial square. Rather quiet there now.

actually the best mrt park n ride to go to should be the station after bukit dukung. further but all highways. 10+ mins.
