hmm.gif well. it's when i am flying outdoors..its such a contrast to indoors....i know i cant bend the wind..but can i tweak my chopper so that it flies better when winds are present??(outdoors)? coz my heli is like dam small and average wind speeds will have a dramatic effect on it.
it also cannot handle my indoor ceiling fan(speed 2) T_T
so any tips on improving its locomotion?

there is no way a coaxial heli that size can handle anything more than aircond breeze in currently available technology

coaxials dont handle wind very well at all but bigger does do a little better than smaller ones

aaa. isee...so size does matter...well...guess will stick to indoor..
and one more thing...usually what brands are reliable? thinking of investing in a branded one in the near future, and where do you guys usually get your choppers?

if u just wanna zoom around the house for fun .. then those rm50-100 stuff will do u fine but not much control la
next step up with be those esky lama coaxials .. rm200-300 .. they will handle outdoors if no wind
then u are looking are a much bigger step
its either u spend rm600 for a ESKY BELT CP (google that) or u spend rm2.5k for a complete setup

it all depends on your budget and requirement/target

google up ESKY LAMA & ESKY BELT CP and have a look at what they can do and handle .. that should give u a good idea
beyond that it will not be cheap anymore

Adui, my second hand HK250GT cannot lift off one ..... Initially I thought it was the 2S battery too weak then got the brand new nanotech 3S 850mah battery but still just lift off slightly a few inches.

Pitch setting is +/- 11 and max throttle also like no lifting power. Motor problem? It's a trex250 motor.

mr daddoo
got rebuild the whole heli or not ?? hehehe
do u "feel" the headspeed higher than your 450PRO or not ?? it should be higher or at least the same
if your max/min pitch is confirmed then u might wanna have a look at your pitch and throttle curves
if those oso confirmed then maybe motor KONG liau .. tough luck if that happens but small motors for the trex 250 is cheap laa .. less than rm50 delivered to your door from HBK
