QUOTE(yushin @ Nov 30 2010, 07:59 PM) I was using 18-200 on D700 before 28-300 come out. Ya, people give me that weird look too when they saw 18-200 on a D700. When I switched to D700, I sold off my DX bodies and 18-200. Missed them sorely for 2 freaking years before Nikon finally came out with the 28-300. I grabbed the first one I could find. Never looked back. One can have all the "pro" lenses in the cabinet, but when it comes to travel use, can't beat the versatility of the superzooms. I for sure don't want to carry 5kgs of lenses for a holiday... Not that the other half will allow it anyways...

QUOTE(MichaelJohn @ Nov 30 2010, 09:31 PM) It's a not a zoom variety , like 18-200 or 200-400 It' like a double or triple digit only lens (What i like call xD) Like 50mm f/1.4G | 35mm f/1.8G and etc~ Correct me if im wrong~ Btw... Happy 100th Page ? xD tht means tk bole zoom jauh jauh laa ? haha so if i buy lens yg zoom bole ke dpt good bokeh ?

QUOTE(yushin @ Nov 30 2010, 09:53 PM) For travel, D700 + 28-300 + 35 1.4 for low light. Good enough already. I do 17-35/2.8 & 70-200/2.8 outdoors or 24/1.4 & 105/2DC indoors. When I travel its 28-300 & 50/1.8. If it werent for the 35/1.4 having 67mm filters I would have bought it. Also considering replacing the 105/2DC with 85/1.4G.
