New sets suppose needs to activate firsts before can you. Needs to connect to Itunes and activate.

I think you make an official complain. Maybe CC to apple they maybe can check for activation date.

MNP, if nothing goes wrong will take one working day.

Maybe the digi folks help set up ur phone? Or maybe it was a quick return from customer... If only the screen protector minor scratch.... And not the screen itself... Then i think no point making a bug fuss as long as the warranty run as per ur purchase date....

Guys, what are the important things we have to check to make sure our phone is genuine spanky new from Digi? Pls enlighten me or guide me to a respective link.

I ported my line from Digi SS15 (the same row as Silva mamak) on 31st Dec. All i got for now is a receipt from with their company chop. Assuming i can collect my phone 2mr cuz my hotlink line was terminated yesterday with rm29 credit still in it burn

i don't think there is a way to check if it is new(Digi have a iOS version to restore your phone to never activated), as long as hardware wise all ok, remember to check your camera and other common problem that iphone had. Do a google search you will know what kind of problem and be sure to check it after they handed ip4.

Is it because weekend?
Yesterday was my 1st subscription day, and I thought it was the 1st day still need time to process and unable to register OCS, so I was like okay let's try it on the next day.
Then today I tried to register again, and the "We are unable to process your request. Please try again later." thingy came out again.

anyone here still cannot use facetime and mms?
anyone success get the activation code from viber?

OCS chat told me that there is a problem for MNP from celcom to digi. already reported few time but hvnt solve.....

Yeah you could be right as I asked why the phone is in Mandarin and he answered the pc they used is BenQ. Something like that. As he didn't perform any activation in front of me.

Not familiar with iPhone OS so the only thing I check was looking for scratches on the exterior, none at all. Except that not so minor scratch on the SP.

When I got back home then only I found out the Game Center and Appstore have someone else username.

The set given to you is a USED SET, and NOT a refurbished set. Lodge a complaint immediately and return the iPhone. You shouldn't be given a USED set when purchasing a new one from Digi!

from my experience... Kepong Tesco shouldn't able to subscribe Iphone 4... I went there b4 and they said NO! I went to Kepong Metro Prima instead...

and the day I got my Iphone 4... The box was sealed with a plastic warping~ and he activate it right on the stop infront of me with Itunes... also the Iphone 4 was covered with Screen Protector front and back(original from Apple)... like those new phone with protector... and I asked him to peel it off and apply the normal screen protector(Crystal Clear)~

game center and Itunes was empty...

not more than 3 weeks... my Iphone 4 look like 1 year old~

MNP to which plan? I thought if MNP then must wait 3 months then can only change plan..

If I knew this, I wouldn't have to get a new number.
Anyway to change the new number that I got to my current number that I am using(maxis number) for the iDigi plan?

You don't need to wait for 3 months if you MNP to any iDigi plan, I've no idea about non-iPhone plans though. If you read correctly, the 3 months clause is when you're not able to activate the iDigi plan within the 7 days. I've ported twice, one for me and one for my wife (both under my name, one from Maxis and the other from Celcom).

I don't think you'll be able to use your maxis number with your new iDigi other than signing for a new iDigi contract.
