If you're porting out from Celcom, you need to go to the counter and ask them to permanently disconnect your supplimentary accounts, they'll do this straight away and no need to wait for two months. Celcom careline know nuts and I hate dealing with them..

Just booked my iPhone4 at Digi Metro Prima Kepong, they said they still have few units .. since I'm doing MNP, I need to wait till Monday to get it.
@vivre, yes, you need to go back to the same branch where you register your line. Make sure you've paid your outstanding bill with Maxis to avoid MNP failure. On how much you need to pay upfront, it will be the price of the phone which is RM2490 (if you don't opt for easypayment). If you're paying with autobill, you'll just need to sign up and no upfront payment need to be done other than for the price of the phone. |

The 90 days/3 months grace period is not from other telcos to Digi but from D50 to iDigi. If you do MNP from other telcos, they'll give you an MNP plan and you've a 7 days grace period for you to activate the iDigi plan, failing to do this, the MNP Plan will be converted into D50 plan .. and when this happens, it needs 90 days to go from D50 to iDigi.
Best is, clear up your outstanding balance with Maxis, find a Digi centre that has iPhone 4 stock and straight do the MNP .. it will take at most a day if there is no problem with your MNP.. and you can get the iPhone the next morning. Didn't they warn you not to activate the data on the first day? Best is to go to their main office and appeal. BTW, I thought MCMC has this regulation on RM250 max on pay-as-you-use. So probably you'll need to pay up the max RM250.
