I'm unable to register new Digi OCS account.
Is it because weekend?
Yesterday was my 1st subscription day, and I thought it was the 1st day still need time to process and unable to register OCS, so I was like okay let's try it on the next day.
Then today I tried to register again, and the "We are unable to process your request. Please try again later." thingy came out again.

I not sure this has been asked before or not, but this is my 1st month received my bill.

I subscribed for the RM58 iPhone thingy on 01-01-2011.
From my knowledge, the bill should be RM58(because I'm using auto-billing)+6%(tax) = RM61.48. (provided that I didn't over use the calls and sms)

But from my bill, it stated:
- Monthly Fixed Charges ............................... RM88.00
- Call Charges ............................................... RM3.20 (this one I understand because I over used a bit)
- Other Credit & Charges Total (Contract) ... -RM15.00
- Other Credit & Charges Total (Account) .... -RM5.00
- TOTAL CURRENT CHARGES ......................... RM76.67

Anyone here know what's going on? unsure.gif

You didn't list out the full items, which should be RM10 stamp duty. Govt tax is based on RM88 amount.

Okay I saw it already the 10 bux, sneaky, really sneaky.

So but then I'm still very confuse the amount I've paid. (because I'm on Auto-billing)
Is it RM76.67 or RM71.20?

Here's the scanned bill.

QUOTE(neome @ Feb 11 2011, 12:56 AM)
this is d calculation:
(88+3.2)+6%(88+3.2)+10-15-5=76.67==>d amt u hv to pay

(D stamp duty of rm10 will be charged in d 1st mnth only)
*
So next month onward my bill gonna be:
(88+N)+6%(88+N)-15-5
Am I right?

Your calculation is correct except the iDigi 88 rebate for first 24 months is RM25.

haha i wanna apply da iphone 4 cheapest plan which is idigi 88... Is it every month i nid 2 pay exactly rm58??
*
- 1st time payment RM2,090 and then can take phone go home play already.

- 1st month bill will be billed as below:
* ( 88 + N ) + 6% x ( 88 + N ) + 10 - 25 - 5
QUOTE
** 88 is the original iDigi 88 payment
** N is the exceed call & sms amount
** 6% is government tax
** 10 is stamp duty (1st month only)
** -25 is because of the iPhone plan thingy
** -5 is for auto-billing thingy (this doesn't apply for those who pay cash)

- 2nd month onward will be:
* ( 88 + N ) + 6% x ( 88 + N ) - 25 - 5

---

Correct me if I'm wrong.
And hope TS will post it on 1st page for easy viewing purposes.

is the 6% calculated from just 88+N? or calculated from the whole amount after everything?
*
6% is 88+N only, not from the whole thing.

1 - why is it 68.13? if mine were to be 63+6%, should be 66.78 right?
2 - 68.13 + 34.04 - 15 = 87.17, but why i need to pay 93.30? even if add another 6% to it, 92.40.
3 - my sms is 509 of them. but why 34.04? i am so blurrrrrrr
*
1. Your bill is from 08/01 to 31/01, which mean is 24 days only.
1.1. The calculation is (88/31)*24 = 68.12903 = 68.13

2. (68.13+34.04) + 6%(68.13+34.04) - 15 = 93.30

3. 34.04 includes exceeded call & sms
