i tried reading digi's website, seems like if i wanna buy the phone only...the only option is for existing idigi88 at least....

lets say now i'm a digi biz50 customer, i cannot buy iphone right?

What?!?!?!?! I was previously on digi biz50 and no such thing as free to mobile networks only... Damm... Feel like kena cheat...

Maybe the digi folks help set up ur phone? Or maybe it was a quick return from customer... If only the screen protector minor scratch.... And not the screen itself... Then i think no point making a bug fuss as long as the warranty run as per ur purchase date....

anyone here who ordered iphone4 via corporate plan package?
i got charged for the phone by Digi already last week but i have not get my phone or receive any calls or updates to collect my phone...

i wanna ask, previously i own 2G model and i have an itunes account registered in US.... so i can access US itunes..

but now i got iphone4, and it prompt me to register, should i use back my US account? will it void the warranty? or there's no impact? just want to make sure i won't void any warranty if i don't register a Malaysia account?

i registered at penang digi centre at e-gate, waited 3 weeks to get my phone.... no ready stock, but i think they promise you 1 month to get the phone...

maybe my line is corporate plan package...i go there to renew my package and change to digi iphone 4 package...

but after change to iphone4, i notice sometimes they will search for digi's network?

i received 2 missed call from an unknown number today... well, it's a 018 number but i don't know who it is...whenever i tried to answer, the line will be cut off....

is this normal for digi line ar? i've read before on getting this kind of calls?

hi all,
when i track my call using *128#, my unbilled amount is about RM36 but when i go to OCS, and sum up the total of my usage amount, it's only about RM12...how to match the number?

Hi all,

i need digi user's help right now. I kinda got a sudden shock in bill increase from RM1x to RM36 range when i check my phone usage this morning....

actually then i start to monitor and call digi customer service...now... between 9am and 10:30am this morning, i am very sure that i did not make any outgoing calls and also send sms....

but i notice that my balance for unbilled amount increase from RM36.88 to RM36.98....

i'm just worried that there is hidden charges going on and how to stop this?

the total does not match what i see in OCS vs what is stated in *128# unbilled amount...
in OCS, i select 'All' types, means including SMS and MMS... rerouted, roaming etc...

the total also not that much... less than RM15 only...

it keeps on increasing like 10-20 cents every hour...if continue like that...teruk also...
it's only 11th Jan now and my bill already RM38....

but i use D'chat service, was told that the cost will include supplementary line...but even with supplementary line details at OCS, the total amount does not match as well...

for all existing digi user of iDigi plan, pls take note that if you have supplementary lines.... do ensure that your supplemantary line GPRS is disabled...or to be safe...pls call Digi helpline directly and disable GPRS for the supplementary lines....

i kena for my supplementary line... about RM30 in 2 days only charged to my supplementary line...because of hidden GPRS charge....

so pls take note of this...

The problem is my sup line oso never use for data... Purely sms and voice call only... But dunno what program hidden download...

So i called digi to permanently disable gprs...

One thing idiot about digi customer service is that they ask to wait end of month bill only check and dispute...

If follow their stupid instruction i sure kena charge hundreds of dollars liao... That time want to ask back money susah lo... And they can alwayz say u use data wat...

I very pissed with this lack of competency to check lor... Lame instructiin to ask customer wait end of month...

Guys, my friends go to sign up iphone4 plan... The digi staff told them there might be a promotion after cny... But no confirm... So what the digi staff did was to on hold my friends application and will submit after cny... Depending on whichever better package... Sounds good eh!

Dun really understand ur question... When u sign up for iphone... U will get a normal size sim card... But u can actually break it into mini(micro) sim size... So actually u can use ur original sim on other phone... As long as u dun break ur sim card into the precut micro sim size...

just bring the phone back to digi for warranty claim?
