Don't ever call their Customer Service and trust their stupid inventory system. Just now received their call and saying they got stock for iphone as of availability at 1130am. I went over there, the SA told me we've been out of stock for 1 week!!!!!! btw, shame to tell this is the third times of happening this.

i am still not understand on what's the point of they doing this? They've been telling they got stock at every digi centre like SS2, sunway pyramid, klang, and times square. Does digi is one of the share holder for LDP or rapidkl or petrol company in malaysia? reason why she wants us to spend $$ on transportation?

anyone have info for the stock in Sunway DC? Pls share, thanks

Digi CS just updated they still have stock for all the digi centre in KL area like SS2, klang, sunway..etc, is that true? don't want to get cheated for the 7th times....

Times Square GF DSS - 32GB still available.
Lowyat DSS - both model are available but with 16 gb selling fast.

how long does digi takes to activate the microsim that comes with iphone?

really? oh my, the pretty girl told me need 24 hours.

i insert the microsim and showing no service, i think they haven't activate that card as my iDigi plan haven't start rolling..

i brought back my phone and sim since this afternoon
between, can i use my phone like wifi or camera when no network services? because when i open camera app, screen showing the camera gate closing and i can't take photo?

that might be their queue is full in the morning. They want you to go in afternoon to reduce your waiting time, i guess

Welcome to the club(awaiting replacement unit club) , they will tell you no replacement unit available, so have to wait one week or not. But first they will do troubleshooting for you like restore iOS to your iphone.
