whatever Astro Firstis, Astro seem to try and attract attention to it and try deflect the fact that problems still exists on Byond and even normals stro..whatever it is too, its an easy out for hem to shut people's mouth who have been crying out for new channels..since astro dont have the solution to the problem of a lack of transponders and so on..

Yeah looks like it ,diverting the attention, another thing TVIQ moving to 610 into Fun Pack !

Not just the xtra RM20/mth la! Many can afford lo. Yu know, ppl can fork out thousands of RM for a Full HD tv or at least almost RM1k (offers now) for a HD ready unit!

It's the lack of confidence in Astro to activate the upgrade fast so that subscribers do NOT lose continuity in the serials they are currently following! Waiting for 1 week w/o any reception means missing at least 5 episodes for each serial!!

Why can't Astro disconnect/terminate old decoder ONLY WHEN B'yond is activated? Just need 2practise good scheduling & management of resources & services!

axn is really way behind when showing US tv series.. at least a season late..

As always Astro is famous of its kelam kabut la.. very bad implementation, lack of transparency and communication.

I keep receiving text msg of ticket closure of my issue with Ass-throw.. but the technician who wants me to direct liase with him never call me for status update. So, my issue is still floating la.. What is Ass-throw KPI in resolving issue?
