I believe the remaining units are from their final phase and the price is easily 30% higher than earlier phases. I think this happens to most of the developers where not much promotions are done when projects were first launched as response was good. With more phases subsequently launched with increased price and slower response, they start to invest more money to lure purchasers as their profit for the later phases is also higher. I am sure there are still many purchasers who have bought after the aggressive promotions. I bought a duplex soho 916sf subsale from a colleague last month. He paid for less than RM700psf during launch and sold to me at RM820psf vmad.gif vmad.gif looking at the price now especially when duplex has fully sold, I think my price is fair. I am working in Ampang, so I am buying for own stay.

elements is just next to m city but so far away from lrt while m city is near? sounds funny, doesnt it? shopping wise, elements residents prohibited to go meh? just walk a few meters away only. concept wise, yes m city is better. but does it justify almost double the cost of per square feet? imho, no. for rm1200 psf, i might as well target klcc.

Fren, Element is not exactly next to MCity. Pls go and check out and future LRT is definitely nearer to MCity. My office is just opposite MCity.

ya lor. elements is not exactly next to m city. in between got some roads, small empty land. oh i also forgot got some small stones in between m city and elements too. the other day also got some lorries and cars in between elements and m city too. LOL. LRT maybe nearer to M city. yes. but thats like saying my left eye is nearer to my left ear compared to my right eye. the diference is so little
