phythia, y me?
shikuzika, u only have 2 choices: 1. stand by ur grounds n b firm 2. try to maintain harmony relationship i.e. half give way half stand ground if u're in my situation, i'll try to tok to hb n c how he would respond... if he stands by his mum or getting tired of getting sandwiched, u're on our own... if ur hb is on ur side, get ur hb to tok to ur mum... regardsless if ur mil is displeased, u have ur hb support in the family... u need support or u fight it alone... or u can try taking ur bb somewhere out of sight e.g. ur room when he showed that reaction before she notice it... honestly, relationship between mil n dil is really complicated... we as dil wanna try to please or at least not to make trouble... but it's difficult coz after all we r younger generation... we should listen to elder... so it's ur choice: stand or fight |

Aiya...I think most of us nurse our baby to sleep and use our breast to console them.

sorry to chip in hor, another question.. my baby has been nursing lesser than before.. before she could take 3.5 oz of milk but now reduce to 2 oz.. is this normal? she's 5 weeks now.
also.. normally we try to let her sleep through the night without waking her for milk.. currently she can sleep 5 hours straight with the last feeding of 2 oz.. is this okay ar? |

Genie... We can promise u here.. Its just a phase.. Sooner or later May will sleep soundly..
Some milk scoop are huge. Some are very small. U are bf and supplementing right? What i did was put more water. Now at 5mo, my baby is taking 180ml water with 5 scoops of fm. Thats about 30ml more than recommended water. |
