Me. My electricity bill double. 🤭 I add two fridge. One for storing breastmilk and another small fridge in the bedroom.

Baby main food will be the solid food after 1yo. Try to mix variety of food for your baby so that she/he can get different nutrients other than iron smile.gif Iron rich vege such as spinach, kale

Hi All,

A concern from my wife, she will be going on a company trip next month to Bangkok. Does anyone here try before carrying breast milk on board?. Got any limitation on carrying on board, she will be taking AirAsia by the way?.

How about those airport security? Got any restrictions. Anyone have experience before of bringing express breast milk on flight and to oversea.

Thank in advance

Breast milk is good, however if the mother is weak or eat nonsense during pregnancy it is better to have BM and fomula.
