There is a way actually.
Adding a modifier key into your settings will allow you to press 7 keys at the same time. But... it doesnt feels right

I don't think the Saitek Eclipse 3 is a mechanical keyboard.

And I have no idea of its availability in Malaysia. You should probably ask the Gaming Keyboard thread.

Well not necessarily.

Example the Topre is NKRO but it doesn't support USB to PS2 adapter.

So only their PS2 models NKRO actually work.
Same for Deck legend, they cannot use USB to PS2 adapter for NKRO. If you want NKRO for their keyboard, you have to get the PS2 version.
Ducky/Filco/Leopold support usb to PS2 adapter NKRO doh.gif

Ya I means it may work, since lot keyboard work this way, but it is unnecessary.

LOL easier way is if a keyboard dont support enough KRO, use more then. icon_idea.gif
6KRO x 2 = 12KRO
I suggest that next time kb manufacturer separate(cut) the kb matrix into 2 parts so that 12KRO can be achieved easier.(I know there is choc mini but this may/will be a cheaper way?) rclxms.gif
I think not all ppl will complain about the need of double USB port for the sake of higher KRO.

Not sure about that, but tried using 2 usb keyboard to test and ended up only 8 keys registered

so make it so troublesome??

Just make it PS2 or just make the connected to 2 usb port, the each port got its own polling part, so should work for 12 keys.

My notebook(built in) kb + my logitech(low end USB one sweat.gif ) kb can easily achieve 9+KRO on near alphabets, where by the main limiting factors are the notebook kb itself is less than 3KRO doh.gif .

Noppoo are not really very expensive compared to other mechanical keyboard.

But for myself whether it achieve NKRO with USB or PS2 not really affected me. Furthermore, using PS2 can save 1 more USB port for other devices.

And i do game on o2jam quite often, Is Black Widow able to game with 7 keys simultaneously? As i've heard that its either 2kro or 6kro...

BW can use for o2jam as well, but need test out the 7 keys combination, at least zxc keys fails.

Considering for current mechanical keyboard availability, RM300 mechanical keyboard for o2jam should be 6Gv2.
Maybe wait for other brand which may come into Malaysia very soon like Filco and Leopold. (not sure how true is the rumor, what i heard is they are coming soon)

Noppoo Choc mini really a superb keyboard.

In geekhack review, they said cant find any con for it, but for me, I more comfortable with the separated Numeric Pad, much more convenient at some moment. I would say the best thing of it other than the wicked price will be the size, neat your desk all the way.

i just updated my noppoo review.
added:

Price: 11/10
Noise: 10/10
Quality: 10/10 !!!!! ( might change later, after i figure out the inside )
Feel when typing: 10/10
Overall: 10/10
The Look: 8.5/10 (not for everyone, but could be better)

Pros of noppoo choc mini:
  • NKRO over USB
  • their lasered method on the cap
  • plate mounted.
  • solid.
  • POM cap
  • their CAP profile, make a lot of difference when typing on the cherry mx.
  • Good price.
  • Not too bright LED
  • Very very long USB cable.
  • Compact layout

Cons
  • Overall build can be more solid.
  • the leveling feet need to be more solid, is SNAP ON type. but a bit loose. Tighter will be more solid example by Undarken. but it totally works fine, Don't have to worry about it.
  • Don't support MAC OS Reported here by polpo
  • built in a Detachable USB will be NICE.
  • Snap on type instead of screw? i personally like this but will be nice if it can be more secure.
  • Lasered on the cap are a little bit uneven. my little is unnoticeable
