im interested as well. doing some research on market price recently, the cheapest mechanical keyboard you can have is the PLU keyboards with POM key caps. The shipping is expensive though...
@SkyMaverick Probably. As far as i know, the only stock available at MY now is the expert edition, not the ultimate. This post has been edited by lucidlts: Nov 30 2010, 03:57 PM |

That is just one of their product, the ML-3000-POM they have is pretty good too. NKRO for a USB keyboard is pretty rare though.

@sam
My friend in Taiwan reviewed BW ultimate, only 6kro. But~~ you can try to include a modifier key into your key combination. Not recommend using blue switch for o2jamming btw This post has been edited by lucidlts: Dec 3 2010, 02:10 PM |

QUOTE(Boomeraangkid @ Dec 5 2010, 12:47 PM) By referring to a reseller, the estimated price will be RM389. i might be wrong of course.BW does not support full NKRO QUOTE(cusx @ Dec 5 2010, 02:32 PM) what a name: Mechanic。 LOLBy any chance that this thing looks quite similar to SS Shift? http://en.skyok.co.kr/product.php?code=605 This post has been edited by lucidlts: Dec 5 2010, 02:48 PM |

QUOTE(OCN_fssbzz @ Dec 6 2010, 02:51 PM) professional gamer like fruit dealer, they all prefer good quality kb, great performance, NKRO, very durable..that's all they need. Yea, razer stuffed they keyboard with all the macros stuff which i rarely see ppl at my place here using the extra macro keys.no need bling bling, or any macro keys. =) 104 key keyboard without any macro, simple and clean kb. people will like it. |

QUOTE(Moogle Stiltzkin @ Dec 8 2010, 03:30 PM) elitekeyboards have replaced Filco keyboards with Leopold keyboards. Looking forward for POM keycaps from them. Basically their using a more refined filco casing with a slightly different design example the led light is integrated into the key; same appearance like the dk-9008 but is 10 keyless. Also the leopold has laser etched pbt keycaps; which was always a weakness in the filco keyboards. And best of all; they say it will be priced more cheaper than the Filco. http://geekhack.org/showthread.php?t=13258 Also no ugly leopold logo :} btw,saw tons of BW Ultimate@ModernoPC today. finally, LOL This post has been edited by lucidlts: Dec 8 2010, 06:30 PM |

QUOTE(jay @ Dec 19 2010, 09:30 PM) we all should thanks razer for their effort in pushing mechanical mainstream, its very hard to make something become a trend The price is always an issue for mechanical keyboards. I have a dream of making Malaysia's own gaming keyboard, just no $, resource, technology, etc to start with. lol Just like PLU in China, their 87 is way cheaper than the ones from filco, less than RM 200 if convert from RMB to MYR. |
