maxis started selling Galaxy Tab???

What is the package like ? How your user experience with this over size phone ? I'm considering getting one too.

tat promoter told me not nid 2 sent..holy mama.....he said if anything happen just go back to maxis centre

Galaxy Tab on sale?? This is news to me.

I saw the CSL version of the "Tab" a few weeks back launching at LowYat. Forgot the actual name, so let just assume CSL Tab for the moment.
To me, it is just like our SGS, only a bit bigger, the UI is almost similar I can say. From a few minutes of test playing with it, I felt that it is not that smooth compare to SGS, and of course, the screen resolution is lousy, camera is bad. In short, I don't like it. Still prefer the size of SGS though, the CSL Tab is big, at 7" I think. Kind of feel weird if going to bring that thing around. To bring around, I still prefer a laptop..

started 25th , but today is official sales date.

yes too big as phone , no place to put in the car. hardly fit in pocket. better use it as secondary phone.

Maybe they have mark down your phone IMEI. Anyway, the warranty card I sent is to Samsung (M) HQ, not Maxis. Maybe Maxis now take care of the warranty already instead of Samsung.

I don't think Maxis will handle warranty beside 1 to 1 replacement. They don't have technical expertise and resource for other kind of warranty.

How much ? what is the deal from Maxis ?

don't worry le, if anything goes wrong with ur phone, you just need to bring the receipt(the day u bought from maxis), and just bring it to samsung. if receipt is lost, they will key in the serial number, but serial number wont be that accurate but still better than nothing lol.

imei n serial number cant b change even thou we flashing new rom rite?

serial number can't change because its physically there.. as for IMEI, I couldn't confirm with you because I remember coming across people saying IMEI might be wipe, but i don't know how and why. normal flashing should be okay.

guys i try 2 search previous posts but i don seems to find how to reset battery status?

As far as i know, IMEI # is usually embedded with the GSM/3G Module in the phone, it is a fixed value which cannot be changed, its a unique code for the phones GSM/3G module, perhaps someone can verify this
