Both also armnee terrace. Why damansara Perdana and Damansara damai got so huge different.same size same name same developer same problematic . But different price. Lol... Armnee terrace in DP has its own problems as well

Damansara Perdana = slightly higher class

Slightly different name actually.
Damansara Damai = Armanee Condo
Damansara Perdana = Armanee Terrace (got 1 & 2)

Maintenance is a huge let off. else, with price of 400k+, it is indeed a bargain.

i will consider next round of bidding after management has improve.

Interesting but Damansara Damai is jam city. I have never considered staying there myself. As for investment I am not sure.

bought cheap doesn't mean good catch. it is cheap for a reason. there is a good popoti lesson to be learnt here.
