Yes Sphere Damansara also got 1200sqft size unit. 3 bedroom. However the project was sold expensively VS Damansara Damai average psf pricing for condo. So not sure whether you can get any good pricing from the subsale market. I mean owner that willing to let go below their bought price.

My friend stays here. Huge duplex to begin with but she also wanna move somewhere else due to traffic. Sometimes took her 30mins to reach DD main road due to the low cost flat around Armanee. Can stay there unless you are travelling by bike

i saw the 2 way new road from saujana damansara to NKVE is 99% completed d, dont know when will open. it will be great relief of congestion.

anyway what u all think abt 3 storey Bayu damansara within saujana damansara? looks good...low dense with G&G

May I know which road?
There is a new road will be opened soon straight into the road to Sg Buloh toll. Built as part of the MRT construction. At Jalan PJU 10/10G.

No idea where is Saujana Damansara. Only got Saujana Apartment. Or do you mean Sutera Damansara?

there is no such place called saujana Damansara,,

sg buloh is not on NKVE. Its on NSE.

the last toll on nkve is kota Damansara n it will connect to the forking nse.

Bro, wanna ask you that road is usually jam from what time ya ?
Have you heard confirmation of opening another access ??

I feel like whacking if the jam is only for peak hours because I don't travel during working hours

Hi guys, I wonder if this condo is a good buy in 2020? The entry price for the size looks reasonable.

My eldest kid will start darjah 1 in 2 years time and I'm looking for a place to settle down. For those who have stayed here for more than 5 years, do you wish you have bought elsewhere?

If can get new road would be better...there's a new upcoming project right in front of the junction..it will worsen the traffic as well

Still under master title.
No info for bank financing. But i guess will still have banks out there giving out 90% loan. Far worse project by the same developer (MK Land) such as Flora Damansara still able to mark up loan up to 300k value but actual agreeable sale value is around 220k or below only.
