nothing to do before dinner, so i am posting a poser here.

560k can get one a armanee condo unit , or a 20x65 DST house at saujana damansara nearby within damansara damai.

Between the two, which one would you choose? (own stay, not for rental).

nah just the two at D/D. I was just curious what people would choose for the same price. i think definitely armanee would be better living environment compared to the saujana damansara house which look rather old / run down from the pictures .

i could give another similar example: for 1M would you choose say.. maple condo or one of those 1M rm terrace houses near the sentul area.

370k 1645sft., wow. Although I don't recommend this location , but that is a bargain. It was 600k a few years ago iirc


This is the problem with inferior locations and worse if leasehold.
If market is bad, the hit can be sudden and drastic.
