Sorry to say this but as stated MRT will have least impact on high end condo especially like Armanee. And the distance to the nearest feeder bus stop is more than 1km. If you can afford to stay here, I highly doubt anyone will even walk 1km to the bus stop, wait for bus to MRT station, then take MRT. tongue.gif


Is better to lobby for an alternative route access instead. Then yes, this will impact Armanee price market value.

Yes for those staying at low cost and medium cost property. Rental RM1.2k and property costing 300k.

But we are taking about this high end property here. Rental RM2.5k and property costing 650k at least. You think logic ka? Probably for maid or workers working there then yes.

Digging up old info. News found end of 2015.

Among the conditions set by the council was to build a dedicated U-turn under Jalan Sungai Buloh and Kuala Lumpur interchange opposite Jalan PJU 10/1.

Another was to build a connecting road from Damansara Damai PJU 10/5A and Sri Damansara Jalan SD 13/3.

There will also be a new connecting road from Damansara Damai at PJU10/5 to Prima Damansara at Jalan Tanjung SD13/3.

As well as a new road from Damansara Damai Jalan PJU10/1b to PJU10/9 or PJU10/1a.

It is bad. The jam start inside Damansara Damai itself. Lol. Reaching in front of Saujana Apartment, already got cars parking by both the road side. What do you say? That's the only road leading out / in to Armanee & Sutera Damansara.

Unless you take motorbike, or you travel in/out at off peak hour. I dont think moving out from Damansara Perdana to Damansara Damai is wise.

Nothing is wrong. Just the location. Go visit during peak hour then only you will know. Only 1 road in. The same road out from the whole damansara damai. And Armanee is located deep inside. Very very deep inside.

700 meter walk is not walkable distance. Unless your target tenants are those from lower income group such as those staying at the surrounding flats, then yes, maybe they dont mind walking 700 meter daily.

But upper class tenants certainly wont be staying at suasana damai if needed to use the mrt daily.

Smallest size unit (1645 sqft) already drop price many rounds.
The bigger size unit is only at 1st auction now I think.

And this is Armanee Damansara Damai. Not Armanee Terrace.
I would say is harder to rent out here located deep inside damansara damai. Unless can find tenant want quiet and peaceful environment.
The Zizz / One Damansara / Sphere Damansara located out in front of main road will be a better choice.
