with this price, looks very attractive for investment

is located quite deep inside damansara damai. and only got 1 main road access in and out this area.
not sure how much the rental but i think price is good if you want to buy for own stay.

My thought is buying when really dam cheap and can dispose when market recover. of course can rent out in the process

now cant look at the yield and anything high rise only give u 3% like that..

must look for harga runtuh

Anything wrong with this condo? Rental seems to be dirt cheap and from pics, condo seems to be alright. What is the catch?

damansara damai wor. average transacted house price is 150k.imagine how low quality the resident profile. no area in the Klang valley can compete. low cost area

Nothing is wrong. Just the location. Go visit during peak hour then only you will know. Only 1 road in. The same road out from the whole damansara damai. And Armanee is located deep inside. Very very deep inside.

700 meter walk is not walkable distance. Unless your target tenants are those from lower income group such as those staying at the surrounding flats, then yes, maybe they dont mind walking 700 meter daily.

But upper class tenants certainly wont be staying at suasana damai if needed to use the mrt daily.

apa salahnya. one men's trash is another men's treasure sweat.gif . 370 for a 1600sq is not bad at all. i think i need to go and view this area. i remember my friend used to rent out a unit here during its early years. that was i don't know, 10 years ago perhaps.. there's a early education college nearby there last time hmm.gif then some units converted to hostels. not sure if its still there today

This condo not bad, just some don't like it because the entrance road is a bit secluded.. Not to mention some nearby walkup apartments are parking the vehicle along the roadside..
