So far how many unit u visit there?
According to William, currently 12A-01 should have owner stay there. Why you mention NEED a lot renovation le?

i visit 3 unit.. not owner stay it rented out to malay guys.. the floor near bath room and balcony got fungus zzzzzz.

What is the selling price? 400K?
then what other comment on another 2 unit?
U prefer bare unit? or partial/fully furnish unit?

!2A-01 is facing the forest. Very windy.....

if for own stay its fine with this property.
but for cap gains and flip.

1 word. there is little upside potential.

the whole of damai dont appreciate.

Not sure if it will continue to grow in future, but the price is increasing gradually since last year.

I know the level B-10-01 corner unit face forest is empty... u can ask the owner contact from management so can save the agent fees. Hehe

i dont think management will give.... u become my agent lah...

Then why b12a01 not in ur list?
U list out ur condition ...which block? Higher floor? Price range?

already sold block b 12a 01 .i 1 day to late make the booking shit
i herd agent sold for 400k

Same case like me...those ppl pay the deposit on spot 1.
I have view few unit at cheap price then plan to call and confirm back on Monday, view on weekend.

So after that once I see the unit I like, I also make the deposit on same day even the price is 10% higher and no discount as well. Now ppl buy house like buy food at pasar malam only.

corner unit at 400k and higher floor is good price. I saw some corner unit sell abv 450k.
