Corner unit...

I was told RM300. Will have to confirm with them then. I would very much prefer a corner lot, probably at 2nd or 3rd floor. The one I viewed today was at level 12A.

I believe there is an auction unit rather quite cheap the price. Simply just click armanee condo damansara damai at google.

Yeap, am aware but we are not allowed to view the units. I would very much want to do so.

If you know the unit# then u can try to check whether got lock o not.

...got to view an auction unit sometime early this year as well and truth to be said - I was so damm reluctant put my money into that unit afterwards.... So those opting for an auction unit, do some homework before deciding on a Auction unit...'Cheap things are not always good - Good things are not always cheap'....I think this applies to properties as well....

small unit 1645sf is around 300. cornet uni 2008sf t is > 350.

but u should aware the both internal size is SAME, the only different is extra L balcony size.
so expected to pay extra rm50 just for big size balcony.

Last year all the price less than 300K. lelong price around 240-260K.
Sometimes corner unit is cheaper, maybe due to maintenance cost.

Yuppers, it was the L sized balcony which caught my attention. But to pay an additional of RM50 for that. I will have to think twice then.

You are right! every 1 also like the L size balcony. 2008sf x 0.175 = RM351.44/month.
actually the lower unit also have big balcony...17xxsf.

Other block have 10 floor only. William from Block B 12A.
So that unit u view is bare unit or owner stay? mine to share the price?

It isnt a bare unit. Asking price is about rm420k.

Ohh, I help a client get a loan before at that place. He bought it at RM330K last year if not mistaken and the valuation of property quite good.

Do u think is worth? And what renovation have done by owner?

Mind sharing which unit?

420k is a bigger area I suppose and did make a research on these condo.
