My friend is selling her unit 1727sf bigger balcony at Armanee Condo. Most unit here only 1645sf. Pool view, fully renovated with all branded things, aircond, water heater, all rooms wardrobe etc,-many fixtures, including a dishwasher. Rm 440K. The unit has a very beautiful pool view as well....Anyone interested?

Be that as it may, the different blocks are being valued at different prices by each bank. Besides, the facing and renovation helps to enhance the valuation by the valuers. Nevertheless, the prices seem to have rose quite high in the last few months. I guess the owners and the nearby developers play a part in this. One successful sale beckons another.

Depends on which block, view, size and fixtures.
Also depends on which bank values it. Differs bank to bank, branch to branch.

Condo is quite deep in the Damansara Damai area....

Security - I heard the management has been changed a few times

Maintenance - Same as above...

Apparently, there are lots of changes happening...not quite sure what they are tho'

Anyone hears about the condominium is being attacked by termites?

ya...since 2 years ago saw some post about termite attack at the common area...recently heard frm some residents termite oledy attack even on the mid and high floor units...damn, MK land not even do a proper termite control for this condo...

Well, I remember viewing one unit on the 15th floor. Previously occupied and had built-ins that were totally destroyed by termites. This was like 1 year back....

if termite can found in the condo unit. means that the termite oledy crawl all the way from grounf\d to high level...quite dangerous leh...the building structure stilll can tahan or not...

That is something that I can say about....tho' I refrained from buying a unit there for other reasons....

I was really quite interested in armanee until i heard stories about termites. Not only that, a property agent told me yesterday that there was landslide nearby armanee.

I'm not sure how true but now I will totally drop my idea about armanee.. It's a pity because from outside it really looks like a good condominium
