i am really surprised that so many people still buying this place- from the outside its looks great - i was also tempted and saw a lot of units to buy myself last year.

From what i saw - build quality was really really bad - so many leakages and cracks everywhere - in all the units i saw.

After reading this thread, I'm rather confused whether or not should I get a unit at Armanee. Am planning to get one since last month. Even went to view a few units. I'm just wondering why so many people are selling their units. And I noticed, there aren't many tenants at Block B and C. Anyone knows why? Need feedbacks.

As mentioned in the earlier parts of this thread...there are certainly PROs & CONs in any properties and Armanee doesn't run away from this factor too...If the area is nearby to your daily routine commutes then its a fair choice if you ask me.

Gotta agree with you on that. Viewed a few units today. Price given was between rm370k to rm450k, bare unit. Rather expensive though.

I remember the 1 unit that I was really keen on getting last time was offered to me at 330K (this price is of course after negotiations)...

Property price is keep increase every day.
Even 1 month diff will have 50k diff cos there is no much bare unit left.
