I think BBR only developed around 20% which is about 1000 acres. Total township there should be around 5000 acres according to Sime brochure.

opposite of BBR,klang utama got new development.cheaper than BBR alot and 5meter distance in between.lol

this SD ... really selalu delay.. the Avira & Levena project already 2 month completed and till not yet to hand over to buyer... many buyer started to lost trust on SD ... and i heard that for Avira .. owner have to beg them and give kopi oh oh oh... (you know lah what i mean) than only they will release the VP letter... otherwise you wait till your S&P expired..... (ex.. house completd Feb 2011.... S& P expiry Sept 2011 means by August 2011 only can get the VP letter ...

From my record SD seldom delay and VP normally on time following S&P Agreement.

But I personally trust SD for quality work. VP on time not, not really my concern.

SD quality acceptable. Only the architectural layout very difficult to arrange furniture.

Kampfer... is it true kah.. follow S&P date but not project completion date..? I was told follow the project completion date when i enquiry & purchase that time... damn .. if really follow S&P date.. then i can only get the key on 3rd quarter of this year..

yes, my S&P sign on Feb. i got my key on Feb. my neighbour S&P is on march he got his key on march..
maybe SD dun want give the key follow the completion date due to
too many houses, they will hv hard time to make appointment for inspection.
slow slow give out the key house by house.

I am also one of the Avira owner..This Avira phase completed ahead of schedule and i m satisfy with the quality when i went to site visit my unit.But just dunno why and wondering this time,when i call up Customer service,they are telling must follow S&P date for handing over...because i got few frens staying at BBR.Most of them got the key as promise upon project completion.The reason given was they are doing inspection batch by batch and the QC is much more strict before hand over key to owner.

There is an appointment to meet with SD to collect keys and joint inspection with the clerk of works. There is a limited number of CoW at site. Normally still ahead of time.
