wta how long will it take b4 i can make appointment with the CSO to inspect the property after i received my Clearance Letter?

got my new house key for Avira last week. still got no time to full inspection the house yet..

my S&P was sign in Feb 2009.
so i m the 1st one who got the key.

according to the SD, key will b hand out according by the S&P sign date.

where u call?
call klang BBR sales services o subang?

Avira start to get the key follow this S&P Agreement date liao lar.
my next door also got their key last saturday

yes, my S&P sign on Feb. i got my key on Feb. my neighbour S&P is on march he got his key on march..
maybe SD dun want give the key follow the completion date due to
too many houses, they will hv hard time to make appointment for inspection.
slow slow give out the key house by house.

you also buy a Avira?

a few defect i found is
(1) the rubber of the window is either too short o too long & also loose rubber . (remember to open all the window to check the rubber)
(2) the switch at the room. can't switch off.. they paint the wall included the switch too. ( try to switch on & off every switch, air-con switch too)
(3) the back gate. can't close
(4) uneven paint in the room between the wall n near the switch.


got to submit the Defect Rectification form tomorrow , c how fast the respond..

actually the smell is come from ASM. after the toll.
usually the smell come strong after rain..'
last time i use to stay at Tmn Rashna. the smell at the area is so strong after rain.
but now i stay at Tmn Klang Utama. about 500m from my new house. i didn't hv the smell there..
hope my new house also dun hv that smelly problem too...

i dun think is from there. if from there the area affected will also included Setia Alam lor.

actually the smell is not so strong along Jln Meru.. if u go Tmn Rahna. the smell is worth..
i stay like almost 10yr. like everyday also to the hamham.. smell

Added on April 15, 2011, 3:29 pmytd i submited the Defect Rectification form to SD office.
today the contractor hv call , see today i free to make appointment for repair the defection o not..
that fast..

pls check your assessment bill is under your name or under the developer name

i m a Avira owner, most of the Avira owner didn't recieved their assessment bill form MPK & Pejabat Tanah.
bcos both assessment bill still under the developer address. and the lawyer didn't change name for us.

We got to go Mpk to do it ourself. Bcos someone has posted at facebook said he already ask SD, sd said we got to do it ourself
