I got invitation to the launching of Delmara 2 1/2 superlink. Any idea what is the price range?

kinda interested.. also wanna know the price (delmara)

Delmara the cheapest one i was informed cost around RM 690K

2.5s, 3000sqft built up - very cheap lor!
actually the biggest disappointment with sime is they seem to have no interest at all to do gated and guarded anywhere.
denai alam - same, no gng at all.
the latest launches from paloma-fuego-delmara...nice facade, good specs... if they do gng, another 10-15% would be worth it.
really sayang...

rm 229 psf lakeside, seems cheaper than previous fuego 1 drop out units @ something rm 240 psf, not?

The cheap 1 even cost almost RM700K still need to ballot!!

ballot is sime's trick to make ppl feel like there is no tomorrow to buy their house.

lets boycott it. hahaha...

balloting may be done not becos of too many buyers but becos some people want to fight for corners, face south, #88, dunwan face this and that... so it may be about a fair chance for everyone to get to pick and choose. some may not want to buy at all if kennot get #8 or #3.
of course, if insiders already take all of these hot favs, then the balloting becomes either a publicity stunt or a mere joke.

anyone made the booking today? might be interested to get latest update for the Delmara sales.

I'm not only receiving SMS from developer but also SMS from Agent that they have clients interested on my unit (Paloma phase II End Lot Unit). He/She claim they have clients from KL/USJ and SHAH ALAM interested on my unit.

Earlier I only inform SA about my intention to let go my current unit to go for better unit.

FYI, intermediate Paloma Phase II unit already setting @ > 650k and I bought my unit at 683K. At what price should I let go my unit considering all the MOT/Lawyer fees and such.

Anyone else receiving similar SMS or it was a scam? haha

expensive = endlot & cornerlot

Delmara left 10 bumi quota/lots. Left 2 end lot n 1 int that facing lake, the 7 more int plus end lot that facing east and junction, basically all the good lot taken.

Klang now these day got so many rich guys can buy those high end home.
