Delmara left 10 bumi quota/lots. Left 2 end lot n 1 int that facing lake, the 7 more int plus end lot that facing east and junction, basically all the good lot taken.

East facing from rm 695k, additional 30k for facing garden. Lakeside int unit rm777k, end lot from rm 900++ to 1.027m.

erm,No 24-32 are RM 725k, others A3 & A4 are RM 695k. A1 & A2 are RM777k.

Do u guys think is a good buy?

According to the ballot rules by sime, you only able to add name to the name that u register to ballot, to avoid non genuine buyer.

Anyone got the contact of the contractor doing delmara? Would like to add power point for my units...

I think BBR only developed around 20% which is about 1000 acres. Total township there should be around 5000 acres according to Sime brochure.
