Means type A3 & A4 min is rm695k and type A1 & A2 min is RM777k?
hell lots of different for lake facing, which is facing west at the same time...
where is the garden?
does the purchase come with free MOT & SPA?

erm,No 24-32 are RM 725k, others A3 & A4 are RM 695k. A1 & A2 are RM777k.

Do u guys think is a good buy?

IMO, if really interested in forking out the dough for this Delmara, should wait for the row west of the Fuego lake, facing lake/east with morning sun.

Didn't expect Delmara oso got good sales...
And SD ord got price-jack history...
so ppl now juz grab if its right and dun plan 2 wait for next droplots...
buta2... 20-100k increase for nothing...
For RM231psf (RM695k/3004sf), seems like reasonable...
Nice facade, dual balcone and solar heaters, good add on...
STILL NO ALARM FREE (kanasai)...
So confident manyak SAFE meh!!!!
Phew, release tension skit!
Anyway, bottom line, some will appreciate it (as shown is sales take up rate)..
And some will say its expensive (since land size still 26x75)...
But compare to Setia's latest...
Ok its a diff. ballgame, G&G, higher grounds, 3sty, 4500sf on 26x82.
At RM1.65m, wif >50% take up rate...
Maciam dun belip property prices lately...
Especially around tis 2 area (SA and BBR)...

but july still long way to go.

seriously, anyone attended the ballot day? just making sure those throwing in cheque are real buyer tongue.gif

i'm not sure on why the over-response for BBR units..something fishy

According to the ballot rules by sime, you only able to add name to the name that u register to ballot, to avoid non genuine buyer.

Anyone got the contact of the contractor doing delmara? Would like to add power point for my units...

Its pretty subjective. Last avani launched, I m in
the waiting list, didn't call me. I called n
checked a couple of hrs later, snatch the drop unit.
After that, all gone. They can play ard

Basically no more development in BBR, except shoplot.
Hopefully they turn this project into successful
township. Too bad they don't have a unique concept.
