I am also one of the Avira owner..This Avira phase completed ahead of schedule and i m satisfy with the quality when i went to site visit my unit.But just dunno why and wondering this time,when i call up Customer service,they are telling must follow S&P date for handing over...because i got few frens staying at BBR.Most of them got the key as promise upon project completion.The reason given was they are doing inspection batch by batch and the QC is much more strict before hand over key to owner.

I must say in terms of quality,i d say my current unit Avira is so much better as to compared my previous home at Setia Alam,there are too many defects especially the early phase where i use to stay..The price of my ex house at Setia almost double up when selling off..Good appreciation.
