Yep, I missed out a few opportunities as well.
Should have bought during 2009, but waited n waited. If see a good deal, then should take it. BBR is not cheap, but looking at the master plan, house design and current market condition. It's pretty ok. Have to wait a few years to grow as I understand that there is taipan in BBR. Next launch is 3 storey link house about rm700k++. BBR is also near to setia alam. the issue of a home far or near is a useless one for discussion.
because it is all about where you frequent and what you and yr family members do everyday. if someone tells me he live in klcc, i'll say it's dem far and troublesome, won't visit him forever. |

True, but looking at market condition and rising
building material, it's going to be difficult. Perhaps, got to wait for economic downturn or over supply issue. There's other options as well, where prices are cheaper and less demand area. Definitely, it's a crazy market. Very few developer are building double storey. |

Since the staff of BBR kin to buy the reject unit, let them sapu all the units la!!

They are selling the Paloma side 2.5 sty first, 54 units, looking at end of March.
