i was wondering... do u thk aft all complete... then meet-up @ BBR office to hand over the letter wif all us sign carry more weight or juz email nia (which might end up bulk mail or "deleted")...

NOTHING (wth!!!)
Site offices were setup @ site but main works (fence up) were done for Avani? Nothing on Fuego... got lar... 1 tractor "korek" one... stagnant!

btw, may i know wat is the main purpose of the meeting? what letter are you guys referring?
I really hope Fuego can fence up and guarded.....because the lake is just next to Fuego, so the outsider can just enter to Fuego area easily.......

Got a call 2day frm BBR SA (those tat r looking for Phase 2 - best buy):

Fuego Phase 1 and 2 open for sales again...
THIS IS THE FUNNY PART!!!

Phase 1 (facing South with nice no.) got few units oni (2-3 nia)...
Prev. selling price + 10% = RM603k+

Phase 2 (mixed units...)
Selling price 595k onwards (added 20k premium)...
Facing field is RM613k

No reason was given for Phase 1 hike compare to Phase 2...
Claimed to me mgmt decision...
I belip its drop lot punya drop lot for Phase 2...

Personally i thk its exp!
But then again, i wud belip Phase 2 units @ 595k might be sold out...
thgs to consider - it's still "Developer-Price"...
i wonder does tis also include free S&P & MOT (another point to consider if YES)...
Unless those in Phase 1 has some pulling factors...
Imagine, dev. price for int. Phase 1 @ 603k,
tis definitely promote subsales unit in future...

The news is true, there are some less than 20units offered, taken 4units by 3pm. 2 taken by my relatives and 2other taken by others in front of me. Many others ppl tried to book on the phone due to outstation, but they only offer walk in.

MOT/S&P on buyer's (some additonal 11-13k depends on house price ranging of 595k-616k)

I think the strategic unit sales was not hike up some 15% most probably to avoid overpriced lakeside house.
