nowadays all props buyer tend to be so defensive.
im bbr buyer too and been rider for SA amenities for almost f*** 5 years.

when i said they dont intend, means they nvr put a thought of bringing in residence needs like petrol station, banks, and what nots.

go figure, i end my talk!

PETALING JAYA: Land & General Bhd's (L&G) is planning to buy 112.353 acres of land from a company that includes the brother to the Sultan of Selangor as one its shareholders for RM90 million.

Yesterday, its unit Victory Vista Sdn Bhd entered into a conditional shares sale agreement (SSA) with several shareholders of Pembinaan Jaya Megah Sdn Bhd (PJMSB) to buy the entire stake in the latter.

PJMSB is currently undertaking alienation the leasehold land in Bukit Raja, Selangor from the Petaling District and Land Office (PTP).

"On Nov 5 2014, PTP has given its approval for the alienation of the land and pursuant to the PTP approval, the
leasehold period is 99 years and the expiry of the lease period is not yet not available pending completion of the alienation of the land and issuance of land title(s)," it told Bursa Malaysia yesterday.

Tengku Sulaiman Shah holds a 30% stake in PJMSB, while Datuk Hui Swee Seong and family collectively own the balance 70% of the shares.

L&G said the proposed acquisition is expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2016.

"The proposed acquisition will expand the land bank of the L&G group to facilitate future development projects and will contribute positively to the future earnings and cash flows of the group in line with our core business," it said, adding that it intends to develop the land as a residential and commercial development.

L&G said it intends to finance the purchase consideration through internally generated funds and bank borrowings.

for Saron 2 , today the letter for VP is out . Need to ask bank to release final payment of 20% and pay SD RM1276.90 . after this pymt done than need to make appointment with SD CS for collection of keys .

Call Dalilah if need more info 03-33617235

Saron 1, VP date 16/06/2015 but letter send out today. Electricity+Water deposit + cukai tanah = 1,278.18.

Thanks for the update. That's meant we need to pay RM1,278.18 upfront on 16/6/2015 ?
