fencing definitely will go ahead. whether, fencing boundaries will be infront of delmara or fencing the whole lake depending on the final says of delmara people. cost fencing for the lake will be by SD. concept will be like fuego and delora. currently delmara jalan 1H are voting where they want the fence boundaries.

they also will install auto gate, cctv and build permenant guard house. only people who pay the fence will get the card access and who not pay, will need to register with the guard.

by state and local council law, you cannot force resident (not paying) to register at entry unless the residential area was under strata title.

this is happen with ellis. halfway stop, some people dont want to pay
for paloma, we procced only we have enough people who agree. not expensive, rm1200 only per house

I totally support to fence up. Security is something that we can't compromise. Some cheap skate fella if can't pay 1200 or security fee means u r not up to the mark yet to stay in that area.

When we rich doesn't mean we have right to make people feel inferior of our status. Everything has their own solution.

And yet, I agree security is one of the most important criteria in our area which we shouldn't compromise because of the minority.
