Says : Friday they will sent letter asking of balance 20% . After payment made they will issue VP to purchaser to collect Keys .

I believe so. If they do post the letters (though I do not think all Saron owner's letters will be sent at the same time) to the banks, it will take 2-3 working days for the letters to arrive and the processing from the bank will take maybe another week or two. It would be faster if they fax all instead but I am not sure if they will do this.

I assume the keys will be given to us after 2-4 weeks. If they can expedite it, we would appreciate it

If owner can't get it by 13/6/2015, can owner claim the penalty from SD for not delivering within two years?

SD must deliver key, 2 years from the snp date. when is your snp date?

If not mistaken , The date of VP letter counts and used for LAD calculation . Developer can play "Tai Chi" with the date .

1 or 2 months, still can play blaming game and letter. blaming bank not release money. more than 2 months, sure kena penalty loo..
i'm not sure how SD want to handover the house since the entry/exit road very bad.. unless they open setia alam access road.

SD is not a good reputable developer in my classic opinion.
They just build and repeat the workflow.

In Sales Office, you may see all the wow factors - commercial, infrastructure etc...
But you won't get any shit beside riding on SA facilities and you will be forever a rider.

If you are tight budget, go for SD otherwise I will advise SA development! leaving alone SA fetch better price for subsales
