If it is maintenance charges over 6 months for them to maintain before MPK takes over, then it is unfair to impose this cost to us as it is their responsibility to have all these sorted out with MPK in the first place. I will do some clarification of my own to them for this maintenance part and on the late charges that they owe to us. Based on the S&P, it is their responsibility to notify and do the needful until the keys are provided to us. The duration between the date after the end of 24 months and keys provided to us is the days of late charges owed to us.

Is there any road connecting from saron to cahaya alam/desa alam will be build? as I check with google earth there already dirt road has been used by maybe toyota factory  or immigrant (not sure actually).

I think bank will release the final payment by this week so next week i will settle the misc charge then made appointment. Mine 1 is saron 2, hse no 25, jln M .. 4D

Bank will release the payment. You may check with SD or bank either payment released/received.

i guess SD will open the direct exit road to setia alam any time soon. yesterday, i saw they already install goal post for this road

hi... i also received the letter to settle the final payment. need to ask RM1278.18 need to pay to HDA/Commercial account MBB512978-007810... or only maintenance RM636.... tq....
